Return Policy
All are products are made-to-order and as a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in undamaged condition. However, a product is eligible for return in the following situation:
- A wrong product / product not ordered has been delivered
- Quality or manufacturing defect observed
- Product is received in a damaged condition. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund
Once the return is approved, the refund process is initiated and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank / credit card statement.
